What size should I order?
Our tees have a trendy, fitted feel to them (non-baggy), and range in size from Small to 3XL. Pease review our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. As all tees are unisex, women who like a slimmer fitting tee should order one size down from their regular size, as they may find their normal size to run slightly big.
PLACING AN ORDER + SHIPPING
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as PayPal through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the U.S. takes 3-5 business days. Most orders are received within 5-7 business days of ordering. International orders usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order will still arrive, barring any unusual circumstances. Shipping times during holidays or times of high demand can extend order deliveries, and may take up to 10-15 business days to ship.
What shipping method(s) are used?
Standard U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Is order tracking available?
Once you place an order, you will be provided with a tracking number upon your package being shipped (except for International shipments). A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our warehouses. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order. Shipping is free in all 50 states. Internationally, it will depend on your country and the size of your order.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
All products are printed at the time of order, therefore we do not provide refunds once your product has been shipped. We do allow for one (1) product sizing exchange within 14 days of receipt. The returned item must be in the same quality it was received. Your product will be replaced with the exact same product ordered. To avoid delays in enjoying your product, please be sure to check our sizing chart before ordering or send us an email with questions. If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please be sure to contact us if that is the case. If your order is returned to us due to the package not being claimed, multiple delivery attempts made, etc. You are responsible for paying the reship fee for the item’s receipt. Refunds in this occurrence will be processed for the cost of the item(s) only.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
As we print every product upon receiving the order, you can only modify/cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order. After that time period, we will immediately begin processing your order. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting your order, and contact us promptly with any questions regarding your order.
